Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when using our contact form or subscribing to our newsletter. This may include your name, email address, and any message content you submit.

On the /produce page, when you submit the contact form we additionally include the bundle configurator selections you made (ownership choices per pipeline stage, mediums count, selected platforms, computed bundle total) so we can prepare a tailored quote. This information is sent only to us via the transactional email service below; it is not stored in any other database.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries submitted through the contact form
• To send newsletter updates if you have subscribed
• To provide consulting services you have requested

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud services. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

• Resend — for sending transactional emails
• Firebase — for authentication and data storage
• Cloudinary — for image hosting
• Calendly — for scheduling consultations
• Anthropic (Claude API) — powers cross-promo copywriting inside our internal ContentFactory app for production clients. No client personal data is sent to Anthropic beyond the content they have provided for production.
• YouTube / TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / Apple Podcasts / Spotify / LinkedIn / X / and other social platforms — production output is uploaded to the platforms the client selects. Each platform applies its own privacy policy to the content posted there.
• Microsoft Clarity — for anonymous session analytics, heatmaps, and UX research (sets first-party cookies; consent required in EU/UK/Switzerland)
• Vercel Analytics — for cookie-less, privacy-friendly traffic analytics (no personal data collected, no consent required)

Cookies & Tracking

Microsoft Clarity sets first-party cookies (_clck, _clsk, MUID) to stitch sessions together for UX analytics. Visitors from jurisdictions with GDPR-aligned consent requirements (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Georgia, Brazil, Turkey, South Africa, South Korea, Japan, plus any region we cannot geo-identify) are shown a consent banner; Clarity does not load until consent is granted. Visitors from other jurisdictions are informed via this policy in line with applicable law.

Vercel Analytics is cookie-less and uses anonymous, aggregated request hashing to count unique visits without storing personal identifiers.
